full service party planning
This package is great for those who need help planning their event from start to finish. This includes everything from finding and booking vendors, managing budget and contracts, and creating a beautiful, cohesive design for your event. This includes a mood board and design mockup with up to 3 free revisions. We will also be on site the day of to help execute the event. Whether life is just too busy at the moment or you need guidance every step of the way, this package is perfect for you!

BALLOON SERVICES
Balloons a part of your dream vision? We’ve got you covered! We provide custom balloon installs at an additional cost (this service is only available to those who book event planning services with us). From balloon garlands adorning your backdrop to balloon bouquets covering the tables, we are sure to bring an abundance of color and pizzazz to your event! Please note that we do not offer any helium balloons.

PARTY IN A BOX!
This package is available to anyone in the United States! Perfect for those who would like help with design and execution at a cheaper cost. If you choose this service, we will send you a fully customized party in a box! Your box will include curated materials for your event as well as custom decor items made just for you! It’ll also include the design mockup, placement guide for decor, and balloon garland how-to. We can assist you with planning activities for the event as well! Please note that as this is a virtual package, we will not be present on the day of the event. We can also help find vendors in your area at an additional cost. This package is customizable to fit your needs while still maintaining a stress-free planning experience!
Pricing is $700 for service. Cost of party materials not included.
GIFT WRAP SERVICES
Need help wrapping gifts for Christmas or your birthday event? As someone who sees gift wrapping as a fun hobby, I’m thrilled to bring this service to Pass the Pastel Events. We offer different pricing packages based on the quality of the paper used, if bows are used or not, and to account for any special embellishments.

We'll use this time to make sure we're a good fit and you have a chance to ask any questions. Once we get on the same page and I've heard about your inspiration, it's time to make it official! When I receive the signed contract and 30% non-refundable retainer, then the real fun begins. I'll get to work right away on planning the event of your dreams.
